Orders are shipped using reusable and recyclable packaging, and are shipped ground via USPS or UPS depending on distance and weight. Under 1 pound will ship First-Class Mail. Over 1 pound will go Priority Mail or UPS depending on weight. 

Generally your package will be shipped within 2-3 days of your purchase, weekends and holidays not included, and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number included.

Pick up is available at our Urbanite showroom for those who reside in and around the Portland, OR area. An email will be sent to you to coordinate pick-up arrangements.


Economy Shipping (3-8 business days): $12

Pricing is determined based off weight and distance. We offer a flat rate of $12 for orders under 3 lbs, however shipping costs may vary depending on destination and carrier service. For lighter packages this often means your shipping costs are lower!

Canada: $30 flat rate

Australia + New Zealand: $60 flat rate

All other countries: $50 flat rate

We are now shipping international orders via USPS Priority International Mail only. This is a more expensive service but ensures that packages are insured and tracking is provided with additional services in the case of a package being lost or missing.

USPS Priority International Mail has an estimated delivery time of 6-18 days for many major markets. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You may contact your customs office for additional information.
