Return Policy

Returns are accepted for online purchases up to 14 days after delivery or pick-up.

Within 14 days after delivery, your purchase will be eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund back to the original method of payment. Please Contact Us to initiate the return and provide your name, order number, and the item you'd like to return or exchange. Or you can request a return through customer accounts Here.

Upon approval, we can send you a label to ship your items back, or you can ship via your own method. We offer a $8 flat rate return shipping fee that will be deducted from the refund. If you choose to ship yourself, tracking information is required to process refund. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY: Items eligible for return (see below) purchased from Dec 1-Dec 31 will have until Jan 31 to be returned. All same rules apply.

Eligible for Returns ~

VINTAGE: We aim to offer only the best quality vintage, however subtle flaws are to be expected. Anything major will be noted in the description and reflected in the pricing. All items must be returned unworn, with tags attached.

Friendly reminder to carefully review item descriptions and measurements for vintage items before purchasing. We make great efforts in providing accurate information for comparison to ensure the right fit.

MODERN: New clothing, accessories, magazines/books, and home decor must be returned in original packaging and condition. They must be unused, unworn with all original tags still attached.
